Anzor Zurhaev founded Crimson IT in 2011 when he recognized the need for enterprise level IT support for medium-sized commercial real estate companies in Los Angeles. In less than three years Crimson IT has grown to be a dominant force in managed IT support in the Los Angeles commercial real estate market. CIT has also expanded to support non-profits headquartered in Los Angeles - including Cotsen Foundation, Weingart Center for the Homeless and Project Angel Food.
Mr. Zurhaev is recognized in the industry for his ability to turn IT operations around when clients are challenged by growth, business development or IT operations. He is an expert in the identification, selection and deployment of technologies to help companies and organizations achieve their goals and overall vision.
Mr. Zurhaev has over 20 years of experience managing complex IT environments that stretched across the globe with 1,400 servers and 10,000 worldwide users. He has been in an IT executive leadership role for a few well-recognized companies - including Dolby Laboratories, MPG Office Trust, CBRE and Arrowhead Insurance Group.
CIT believes in employing local talent, donating its engineering resources to local non-profits and resonating Mr. Zurhaev's philosophy of doing good for its own sake.
Zaur Lachuev joined Crimson IT (CIT) in January of 2013 as a partner and has been responsible for business development and new ventures. His role at CIT is growing the client base, retaining existing customers and diversifying revenue streams.
Mr. Lachuev’s unique blend of analytical and process-driven thinking coupled with years of experience in sales, business development, marketing and strategic partnerships help him in building CIT into a leading IT presence in California. From leading a territory sales team to directing business development for a well-established startup in San Francisco, Mr. Lachuev has been at the forefront of partnerships and revenue generation.
At CIT Mr. Lachuev has been responsible for rapid client base growth and launching a new e-commerce store that builds on Crimson IT’s synergies. His current work includes the development of a tech solution geared at generating revenue for non-profit organizations from the emerging cryptocurrency paradigm and expanding Crimson IT to new verticals.
Mr. Lachuev holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business from San Francisco State University and two Associate of Science degrees in Business Administration and Philosophy from San Diego City College.
For almost two decades, Katerina Borukhova has distinguished herself in the finance industry as a dynamic and results-driven leader, contributing to high-performance teams at firms such as Morgan Stanley, T. Rowe Price and Legg Mason. In 2012, she co-founded the Los Angeles-based company Crimson IT (CIT) and has since excelled in her role as CFO, overseeing all financial reporting, budgeting and accounting operations while driving profits and growth. Her day to day management of all treasury-related functions is governed by skillful attention to detail and an innate perfectionism, helping to position CIT at the forefront of the IT support field.
Although gifted with numbers – Katerina has processed over $50M in financial transactions – she also possesses the unique capacity to connect with a culturally and geographically diverse client base, earning her a reputation as an resourceful collaborator. She effortlessly balances her passion for success in commercial real estate with a rigorous commitment to CIT’s humanitarian values as a family-owned business.
Katerina graduated from the Sellinger School of Business and Management at Loyola University in Maryland with a Business Administration Degree in Finance.
